How do I renew my membership?
Go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Pay annual membership dues’.
To purchase a lifetime membership visit the shop at ‘Membership’ -> ‘Membership shop’
How do I find out when my membership renews?
Go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Account Details’. Click on the ‘Purchase Dashboard’ button. This link will take you directly to the dashboard.
The information will be under the ‘Plans’ section.
Where do I look up my Membership number?
Your membership number is located on your profile and is a field that is only visible to you.
To view your profile, go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Account Details’ -> ‘View Profile’.
If you do not see this field, please contact us at info@clangrahamsociety.org.
Your Member number is also at the top right of your screen, next to your name. If your member number is not set then it will not be displayed.
How do I restrict my information from being displayed in the member directory?
Go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Account Details’.
Under the ‘Privacy’ tab, there is an option to “Hide my profile from directory”

How do I register and use a passkey?
You can use a hardware key or a password manager such as Google, LastPass, or Bitwarden. You don’t need to enter any fields when using a passkey.
To register a passkey, visit ‘My Account’ -> ‘Account Details’. Follow the instructions to the lower end of the page.
